In 2023, companies are better prepared for uncertainty, reflecting a significant shift from last year's concern over global disruptions. Confidence has surged, with 73% of business leaders now confident in their readiness for economic or geopolitical shifts, a 14-point increase from the previous year.

60% of respondents say they are already approaching or have already achieved their goal of incorporating AI into their companies. An even larger portion say that AI will enhance their industry and be “essential across the board” within two to three years.
