Welcome to our seminar on Industry 4.0

Industry 4.0 or the fourth industrial revolution is the name given for the combining of traditional manufacturing and industrial practices within the ever increasing technological world around us.

It represents the ways in which smart, connected technology would become embedded within organisations, people, and assets, and relates to capabilities such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, machine learning, cloud systems, cybersecurity, adaptive robotics and additive manufacturing.

The goal of the seminar is to help your company decide on how and where to invest in these new technologies and identify which ones might best meet your needs.

AR and VR are tools are becoming more important to our customers. They allow you to save time in both the planning and running phase. We will show you the latest and future hardware and the different scenarios where they can be used plus you will have the opportunity to try out both VR and AR technologies.

We will cover the basic concepts of laser scanning in industrial application and factory planning with a live demo. We will also show you examples of where our customers use laser scanning successfully.

Manufacturing-orange.pngSmart Factory Design and Optimisation
Smart Factory Design allows users to build and manipulate a digital factory. A digital factory can be combined with laser scanning data, which allows optimisation during planning and on-going production processes. Visualisation in 3D means collision detection and layout planning can be performed quickly and efficiently.

Customers are demanding new, individual, high-quality and inexpensive products within shorter lead-times. At the same time goods should be manufactured as sustainably and eco-friendly as possible. To meet these requirements, businesses are turning to the digitalisation of manufacturing, which means that real world meets virtual worlds . We will explain the value of Industrial IoT and provide recommended steps towards successful engagement of digitalisation and Industrial IoT.
